How to type on a PDF file
Nowadays, PDF file has been a dominant electronic way for personal or commercial interaction across web. Thus order sheet, credit card authorization form, registration, travel visa, etc are frequently in form of PDF.
You can easily view it with a PDF reader then add annotation to it with the tag tool. But directly type on PDF file will be a hassle, for it once created, you are no longer able to edit text or any other content. So before converting to PDF file, people are lean to finally check it.

There are 3 modes you can choose from-professional, standard, form-filling. Actually any of them allow you to type on PDF document. Next I’ll take “Professional mode” for example.
Note if your PDF file is encrypted, you can use the PDF Password Remover to decrypt it for further editing.
Step one: Click the “File” in the navigation then “Open” to browse PC to import files.
Step two: When you click on the file, it has been converted into an editable condition and it will detect the text area then create dotted box to surround them.
Then you can locate the cursor in the desired place and it will detect the font type for you, thus you will type on PDF file with same typeface.
You can also use the “T” tool (text tool) in the toolbar to add, delete or modify all the existing text of PDF file with the editor.
Step three: After inputting all the necessary info, click “ctrl + s” or the save icon to save the modified PDF file.
Now you’ve got your new filled file ready for sending or printing or archiving. It’s very easy with the PDF editor, isn’t it? Besides, you are able to thoroughly modify the file with many other tools as you need.
